This event is also an ideal setting for the partners of the Atlantic Blue Tech project to discuss with the whole international community and members of the network MITIN about the theme of marine bioresources and thus share different visions.
European networks such as the Conference of Peripheral European Cities and the Conference of Atlantic Arc Cities will intervene as experts to support a key project for the development of the Atlantic Arc and the implementation of the Atlantic strategy.
Many foreign delegations will be there for this opportunity: China (Shanghai and Qingdao), the Viet Nam (Hanoi and Haiphong), Indonesia (East Java), Mexico (Veracruz State and national organizations), Argentina (Province of Chubut), Quebec (Rimouski and Québec), Ivory Coast (Ministry of fisheries), and the United States, among others. Besides, representatives of Unesco, the World Bank and the European Commission will also be present in Brest.
In this context, Brest Métropole Océane, Atlantic City of the year 2014 and President of the Commission Sustainable Development and Blue Growth invites all Atlantic cities and stakeholders to join the workshops.
